Obituary of MARY ANN FREUND

Mary Ann Freund (Craplewe)

April 10, 1938 - December 22, 2025

It is with heavy hearts and cherished memories that we announce the passing of Mary Ann Freund on Monday, December 22, 2025, at the age of 87.

Mary Ann will be sorely missed by siblings Tony and Raymond; children Jeff (Sandra), Lisa, and Laurie; grandchildren Joshua (Ashleigh), Erika (Scott), Luke (Monique), and Nicole (Dorian); and four beautiful great-grandchildren, Rya, Hannah, Evelyn and Noah. She is predeceased by her husband Ervin and son Brian. 

Quiet and independent, Mary was a loving wife, parent, baba, and friend. When we were at our lowest, she offered love, support, and her home without hesitation. We are comforted knowing she felt our love as deeply as we felt hers. 

The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to the nurses and care staff for the dignified and comforted care they provided to Mary Ann.

Service will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel at 1442 Main Street on Monday January 5, 2026 at 1:00 p.m.
