Obituary of VERLA MARGUERITE BARANIUK

August 12, 1936 – February 17, 2026

It is with profound sadness that the family of Verla announces the passing of our beloved Mother and Grandmother at the age of 89. Verla was a kind and loving Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister, and Friend.

Verla was pre-deceased by her husband of 61 years, Eugene. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter Charlene and grandson Braden (Monika). She will also be greatly missed by her sister Phyllis; special niece Darlene and numerous nieces and nephews.

Verla will be remembered for her generosity, caring nature, abundance of smiles and her laughter. She was an exceptional cook who loved to prepare meals and entertained family and friends throughout the years. She loved dancing, playing cards, casino outings and anything Elvis.

Nothing was more important to Mom than her family. She adored her grandson Braden and loved her Daughter, Grand Daughter-in-Law and Grand Dog Coco dearly.

In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
