LESERI MELELEK LESIKEL 

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden and tragic passing of Leseri Melelek Lesikel, age 29 years, on Sunday Nov 26^th 2023 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, CA. Melelek (Mele, or Mel to his friends) was born in Nairobi, Kenya, on July 1^st 1994. He spent most of his primary school student life in Brookhouse School (Kenya), high school in Peponi School (Kenya) and finally did his College at University of Manitoba, where he successfully completed his Bachelor of Science degree in 2018. 

Mele was the very essence of happiness, kindness and compassion to all. He loved his parents, siblings, relatives and friends dearly. He was very fond of animals and greatly enjoyed taking care and spending time with his pet dogs and doing sight-seeing trips. Mele was a fun loving, down to earth, and adventurous person who sought the best in life with his impeccable big smile. He had an infectious laugh and liked to make those around him happy. 

We thank God for the blessing of having Mele in our lives and the time we were able to spend with him. Mele brightened our lives each day and even though God granted you but a quarter life, the strength of the message you gave us through your years of kindness, humility and compassion afford us the strength to move forward. We give thanks for the life of Mele who was unique, extraordinary and irreplaceable and will always be cherished. We love you forever Melelek, even in death. May the Almighty God rest you in eternal peace.
