When you visit Cropo’s Web site, limited information regarding your Internet Protocol (IP) address and the name of your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be obtained as necessary to allow communication to take place between our system and yours.

We retain the IP Address and Domain Name of the last 60 visitors who navigate through our Web site. We use this information for Site Traffic Statistics and analysis to help our firm better understand what information is important to our visitors.  All IP Addresses and Domain Names are kept confidential. A cookie is used only when there is there is specific data that is required to use the Web site, i.e. in Administration Mode or when using an E-Commerce order form. For general viewing of pages, there is no use of cookies.

On our Web site, we provide an opportunity for you to leave a message of condolence, light a memorial candle, receive service notifications, leave a message for a funeral director, or provide feedback on the services that we provide. The information that you provide will only be used for the purpose for which you provided it.

We protect our Web site and personal information with specific safeguards. We do not sell, rent or otherwise make available any of the information we obtain through our Web site. All log-in attempts to Administration Mode will be monitored.
