WILLIAM STEPHEN DUNCAN It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William on September 13, 2013 at 88 years of age. William is survived by daughter Bev; sons Jim, Albert (Maria) and Billy (Karen); grandchildren Kathy, Cary and Tammy. He was predeceased his wife Audrey. The family would like to thank the home care workers for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, September 19 at 1:00 p.m. at Henderson Hwy Legion Branch 215, 3600 de Vries Ave, East St Paul.
