Obituary of TIMOTHY (TIM) ROBIN BESKO
TIMOTHY (TIM) ROBIN BESKO
May 25, 1966 – September 21, 2013
On Saturday, September 21, 2013, our hearts broke when Tim left us so suddenly.
Tim is remembered by his mother Fran, brothers Chris (Jackie) and Geoff (Shelley) and sister Kim (Tim), his nieces and nephews Sam, Lauren, Gillian, Katie, Nicholas and Charlie Robin. Tim was predeceased by his father Ted.
Tim had a B Comm. and MBA from the University of Manitoba and worked most recently as an IT Professional for eHealth at the WRHA. Tim will be remembered by his family and the many friends he made over the years whether from childhood, school, university or work. It did not matter if he was catching Master Angler channel cats, painting miniature figures for table top games, playing with his nieces and nephews, or talking about soccer, Canadian history or books, Tim always brought his attention and special brand of humour and wit to every situation. Even while dealing with significant health challenges over the last few years, Tim could still share a joke with health care staff while being treated in the hospital.
The family wants to give our special thanks to the many healthcare professionals, especially those with the Home Hemodialysis Program, who have helped Tim enjoy more quality time with us.
Tim has touched the lives of many people and will be missed by all, especially by his nieces and nephews who had a special place in his heart and life.
A Memorial Service for Tim will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. A private family interment will happen at a later date.
Tim was an avid student of Canadian history. In lieu of flowers a donation can be made to Canada’s History Society.
