Obituary of PAULETTE HORN
It is with great sorrow and profound sadness we announce the passing of our beloved "Paulette" on December 27, 2011 at the Health Sciences Center, after a brief battle with cancer.
Left to mourn her passing are her beloved husband and best friend Kevin, her daughter Angie (Lorin), granddaughter Olivia, her son Jason (Lisa), her parents Aime and Laura, sisters Suzanne (Dave), Anita (Mike), Denise (George), brother Claude. Also by many extended family and friends and best friends Al, Linda, Brian and Karen.
Paulette was a devoted wife, mother and very proud new grandma. She was an avid gardener. Summers were spent tending her beautiful plants and flowers. Travellling with family and friends became a winter ritual that Paulette enjoyed immensely.
She will be forever in our hearts and minds.
God saw you getting tired
When a cure was not to be
So He wrapped His arms around you
And whispered "Come to Me"
You didn’t deserve what you went through
And so He gave you rest
And when we saw you sleeping
So peaceful and free from pain
We could not wish you back
To suffer that again.
A celebration of Paulette’s life will be held on Monday January 2, 2012 at 10:00 am at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St.
If friends wish, donations may be made to Cancer Care.
