Obituary of Robert Ambrose

ROBERT AMBROSE January 23, 1944 - May 20, 2010 It is with great sorrow and sadness that we announce the passing of our dear brother and uncle at Riverview Centre. Robert is survived by his sister Edna (Bill) O'Rourke; nephew Darren (Jenn) O'Rourke; grandnephew Pierce and grandniece Kaelen. Robert was born in Rembrandt to Fred and Katherine Ambrose and the whole family moved to Winnipeg in 1945. He worked at the Winnipeg Grain Exchange as a floor manager until his retirement Visitation will be held on Monday, May 24 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 25 at 11:00 a.m. at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukrainian Catholic Church, Rembrandt, MB. Interment to follow in the Parish Cemetery.
