Obituary of DINIS PUIM CHAVES
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Dinis Puim Chaves. He passed away on December 30, 2011 at Seven Oaks Hospital
Dinis will forever live in the memories of his wife Ana Maria and his two sons Steve and Jeffrey (Samantha), who meant the world to him. He also leaves to mourn his father Jose, mother Filomena, mother-in-law Maria Monteiro who resides in Portugal, brothers Jose, Arsenio (Maria), Ernesto (Lori), Jorge (Mona), sister Ermelinda (Silvino), brothers-in-law Jorge (Cidalia), Jose (Jessica), sisters-in-law Suzete, Aida(Jose), Laura (Jose), Lourdes, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his father-in-law Joao Monterio, and brothers-in-law Joao Paulo Monterio and Manuel Carvalho.
Prayers will be held on Wednesday. January 4, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin St. N. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at the Immaculate Conception Church with interment to follow at Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Ave.
