Obituary of Lorna DARRAGH

LORNA CLARA DARRAGH (nee Broadfoot) 1917 - 2010 On February 3, 2010 at Seven Oaks Hospital, after a lengthy stay in hospital, Lorna Clara Darragh passed away. Lorna was born in Silverton and raised in the Binscarth/Russel/Silverton area. Lorna worked in the hospital in Portage La Prairie where she met her husband Harold Stanley Darragh. She was a homemaker for many years and later was employed at Eaton's. Lorna enjoyed summers at Ponemah Beach and winters in Kona, Hawaii. She loved seeing her family, especially her grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Harold Stanley Darragh. She will be missed by: son Gary (Elaine) daughter Lynne and son Alden (Sally). "GRANDMA" will be sadly missed by her beloved grandchildren, Kristy, Matt, Lori, Riley and Janelle. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be held.
