MICHAEL DUTCHUK
March 30, 1922 - January 31, 2009

Peacefully and with dignity, Michael passed away on January 31, 2009 at the Grace Hospice at the age of 86.
Michael is survived by his wife Effie (Koroluk); daughters Judy (Peter) Bowes, Marilyn, Gloria (Ron Jones); granddaughters Lindsey Bowes (Scott Fitzgerald, London, England) and Alexandra Jones.
He was predeceased by his parents Nicholas and Paranka and brother John.
Michael was born on March 30, 1922 in Transcona. He graduated from Transcona Central High School and served 3 years in the army. In 1949 he received his Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Manitoba. His career included working in administration at Eaton's, aviation electronics, hospital administration and education. Michael retired from Red River College (Business Administration, Faculty of Management) in 1987. To respect Michael's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
