Obituary of Brian FORYTARZ

BRIAN "STOSH" J. FORYTARZ April 27, 1964 - February 11, 2011 After a brief illness Brian Forytarz passed away on Friday, February 11, 2011 at the Health Science Centre. Brian will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife Amanda, numerous aunts, uncles, brothers-in-laws and sister-in-laws. As well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and friends. Brian loved all sports, especially NFL football and playing golf. Weekends were made for racing especially Nascar and drag-racing. He spent many years working. Starting with St. Andrews Grocery and later on with Tenderloin Meat and Sausage. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment will take place at a later date. All those in attendance are to consider themselves Honourary Pallbearers. Very special thank you to the WFD, WPS, the staff at MICU 4th floor Health Science Centre, and to Dr. T.H. Gooi, Dr. John Embil, and Sue. If friends so desire donations can be made in Brian's memory to a charity of your choice.
