CHRISTINE E. HAYNES On June 21, 2008, Christine passed away at the age of 42. Christine is survived by her husband Trevor; son Anthony; daughter Alexandra; mother Janet Middleton; grandmother Emily Lyons; brothers Steve and James; sister Katherine and numerous other relatives.
