Obituary of Herman Krushel
HERMAN KRUSHEL On July 31, 2009 at Bethania Personal Care Home, Herman passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving children.
Herman was born in Morden on August, 12, 1918. Along with his family, he helped found farm manufacturer Standard Gas Engine Works, the forerunner of today's Farm King Organization. In 1939 he met and married Susan Streilein. They lived in Morden until 1963 when they moved to Winnipeg with their 4 children. He then continued his career with Motor Coach Industries until his retirement in 1986.
Herman is survived by his 4 children Herb (Angie), Irvin, Linda (David) Chubinski, Ron (Susan); grandchildren Debbie, Dwayne (Heather), Darren (Cathy), Brandie, Correna (Tim) Saunders, Jordan and Melissa; great grandchildren Michael, Brandon, Ethan, Samuel, Jessica, Rylan and Mya. He is also survived by brother Danie; his sisters Ruth Buhler and Dorothy (Don) Nagazina.
He was predeceased by his loving wife Susan; his parents Adolf and Martha; his brothers Dave, Ernie, Leonard and John and his sister Ida.

Viewing will be held Wednesday, August 5 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street and also prior to the service. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 6 at 11:00 a.m. also at the Chapel with Rev. Allan Labun officiating. Interment to follow in Brookside Cemetery.
