ANNA JOAN KEDLARCHUK
(nee Fidirchuk)
Passed away peacefully on Sunday morning February 5, 2012 at the age of 85 years.
Anna was predeceased by her husband Steve, parents Jacob and Wasilina Fedirchuk, sisters Nellie, Anne, Mary, Kaye and Elsie as well as brothers, Bill, Jim, Peter, John, Dan and Mike.
Anna will be lovingly remembered by her son Stephen, grandson Brandon (Danielle) and great-granddaughters Lily Ann, Mia Ashley, and Madison, her sisters, Molly and Phyllis as well her sisters-in-law Ann and Pauline, and brother-in-law Ray, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Anna was born in Caliento, MB, on March 1, 1927. She met and married Steve, her life-long partner. They spent many happy years together. Anna enjoyed her life as a homemaker, mother and grandmother. Her interests included travelling, sewing, family get-togethers, cooking and needle work.
The family would like to thank all the staff at the Maples Personal Care Home who took such wonderful care of Anna. We are grateful for the love and support provided by all who touched Anna’s life. Special thanks to Ilka, Bernie and Terry for all their dedication.
Prayers will be held on Sunday, February 12 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, 737 Bannerman Ave. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday, February 13 at 10:00 a.m. also at the Church with Fr. Isidore Dziadyk, OSBM officiating. Interment at Holy Family Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Anna’s memory to St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church.
