Obituary of Anne MACIEJKO

ANNE MACIEJKO Our beloved Mother, who was our source of love and guidance, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2011. Gary and Lynn, and Bev were at Mom's side as she slipped peacefully from this life leaving us a legacy of love and memories. Mom was born in Springfield, Manitoba on January 20, 1918, the eldest of 6 children. She married our Dad, Michael, and became part of the wonderful Maciejko family. Three children followed; Gary, Bob and Beverley. She loved us so much. Sadness came with the death of our Dad, the death of Mom's infant grandson Christopher and the death of our brother Bob. She was also predeceased by her brother Mike and sister Jessie. Mom is survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a large extended family. We would like to thank our Donwood Manor "family" on 2 South, the women and men who cared for Mom with humour, kindness and love. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, April 27 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Flowers declined with thanks, donations may be made to Donwood Manor.
