Obituary of Victoria Paley

Victoria Paley 1927 - 2008 Victoria Paley passed away peacefully on October 15th at the age of 81. She was born Victoria Lozinski in Gilbert Plains Manitoba. She was one of thirteen children and spent her childhood on the family farm. As a young woman, Vicki moved to Winnipeg where she met Joseph Paley. In 1949, they married and started their family. Vicki was a wonderful wife and mother. She tended her five children, gardened, sewed, and cooked. She was constantly busy, but somehow managed to always keep the cookie jar full. When the children were grown, Vicki worked part-time, bowled, and was a member and volunteer at CPAC. Victoria will be forever missed by her beloved husband Joey, her sons Robert (Carol), Brian (Beverly), John (Terri), daughters Deborah (Eric) Leslie, Diane (Glen) Ward, and her grandchildren Jeremy Paley, and Amanda (Jason) Lancaster, Curtis Perry, Michael and Angela Paley, and Vanessa and Garrett Ward. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Sharon Home for their kindness and exceptional care. Cremation has taken place, and a celebration to honor Vicki's life will take place at a future date.
