Obituary of Albert Trzopek
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Albert Trzopek. Albert will be lovingly remembered by his wife Valerie, daughters Josephine (John) and Ramona (Peter), granddaughters Jacqueline, Jennifer (Robert), Jeanette, Lauren, Carmen and Olivia, and great grandson Braeden. We were also blessed with the birth of another great-grandson Mateo this same day June 4th. Albert had a love of nature, children and animals. He immigrated to Canada after World War II and worked hard to provide for his family. He worked for CP Rail for 30 years until his retirement. He enjoyed spending his summers at the cottage with family and friends where he always had a project to complete. He had a wonderful "engineering" mind and could always fix anything. Albert struggled with Alzheimer's for the last 11 years but always had a song to sing and a smile to give. We would like to thank Poseidon Care Centre for their compassionate care for the last 7 months. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, June 10 at 10:00 AM in the Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, should friends so desire, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society
