My sympathies to Rose, Theresa, Evelyn and Noah, and Tom's grandchildren. I first met your husband and dad when I was an Urban Studies student at the University of Winnipeg, and Tom was working at the City in the newly established NIP program. His passion for social justice and equity was evident at that time and only grew with his years in local government. Winnipeg, as well as your family,has lost a truly good man who cared about his city in addition to his family. Wendy Zink
