Obituary of Zbigniew Zygarlicki
ZBIGNIEW ZYGARLICKI
1934 - 2010
Peacefully, on January 17, 2010 at the Concordia Hospital with his family at his side, Zbigniew Zygarlicki, passed away at the age of 75 years.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife of 48 years Bronislawa (Bronia), brother Kazimierz, brother-in-law Henry, son-in-law Andreas and by his parents Stefania and Wladyslaw.
He is survived by his daughters Jolanta and Betty, sons Chris and John, fifteen grandchildren, niece Betty and her family, nephew Ted and extended family in Poland and the U.S.A. Also surviving are his sister Krystyna Zbrog and special friend Lodzia and her family.
Zbigniew married Bronia in 1956 and immigrated to Canada with their four children in 1972. He worked for Motor Coach Industries for 25 years. Zbigniew was a member of Holy Ghost Church, Knights of Columbus, SPK and Andrew Mynarski Branch 34 (Club 13).
Special thanks is extended to the Concordia Hospital and the Polish Manor staff for the care given to Zbigniew.
Prayers will be said on Friday, January 22 at 7:00 PM in Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 23 at 10:00 AM in Holy Ghost Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery.
