It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister on August 31, 2011.

She will also be sadly missed by her sisters Natalia Gaspar and family in Winnipeg, Angela Constantino and family in S. Miguel and sister-in-law Natalia Melo in Gatineau, Quebec as well as numerous nieces and nephews in Canada, Açores and Brazil.
Mom was predeceased by our dad Manuel; parents Angelo and Irene; brothers Urbano and Nicolau.
Special thanks to all our friends whose frequent visits meant so much to our mother. Also thanks to the wonderful staff in the palliative care ward at St. Boniface Hospital for their care.
