JAROSLAV PLOCEK
On Sunday, September 18, 2011, Jaroslav Plocek, beloved husband of Eugenie, passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital at the age of 72 years.
Cremation has taken place and at Jaroslav’s request no formal service will be held.
Special thanks to the Seven Oaks Hospital staff.
