Obituary of HELEN DANYLUK

HELEN DANYLUK 1931 to 2014 Helen Danyluk passed away peacefully at the age of 82 years on March 25th 2014 at Middlechurch Care Home. She is survived by her sister Mary Sveinson, son-in-law Dave Ledrew, sister-in-law Rose Pomehichuk, brother-in-law Joe (Winnie) Danyluk, many nieces, nephews and friends. Helen was predeceased by her husband Michael Danyluk, her daughter Sylvia (Zofja) Ledrew her parents and parents in law. Helen was born in Poland on April 4, 2014 and immigrated to Canada with her mother Anna Bawolak and her sister Mary in 1949. She had one daughter Sylvia (Zofja) who lost her battle with cancer in April 2009 at the age of 61. Helen’s husband Mike also battled cancer and passed away in March of 2013. Helen moved to Middlechurch Care Home where she spent the last year of her life. She was very happy there as her sister Mary also resides in the home. We would like to thank the wonderful caring staff at Middlechurch Home for their care and compassion during her time there. In keeping with her wishes cremation will take place and a family graveside service and interment of both her and her husband’s ashes at a later date.
