Obituary of JOHN DAVID GOUNDRY

JOHN DAVID GOUNDRY In March of 2014, in Winnipeg, Dave, beloved brother and uncle passed away at the age of 51 years. He is survived by his brothers Steven and Ed and his nephew Derek. He was predeceased by his mother and father, Hilda and Fred. Funeral services will be held on April 16, 2014 at 2:00pm at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1422 Main Street, Winnipeg MB. John was born July 28, 1962 in Germany. Along with his family, they moved to Canada in 1963. Staying in Nova Scotia, moving to Toronto and then settling in Winnipeg. John attended Lois Riel Collegiate. After he left school, he worked for Freshwater Fish for approximately 10 years, and then for Paragon Industries. He enjoyed spending time with his brothers, playing Tiger Wood’s Golf, watching his favorite TV shows, The Walking Dead and all the wrestling shows he could muster. He loved being with his family and always looked forward to the family BBQ’s. John, you’ve had a hard life, quite a struggle, you made it what you could. You will be missed by family and friends. Rest easy.
