Obituary of DARREN ROBSON
DARREN ROBSON
March 6, 1966 – April 7, 2014
Darren passed away peacefully April 7 in Winnipeg at the age of 48, surrounded by family and friends.
He was predeceased by his father Albert Richard Bunn; brother Edward Keith Robson and nephew Edward Grant Robson.
Darren is survived by his common-law wife Suzie Young; his mother Doreen; Godfather Dennis Johnston; siblings Janice, Laverne, Elaine (Murray), Kim (Charly), Christopher; children Christine (Donny), Dwayne (Marsella), Tyler, Teassa (Ryan), Kyle, Larissa, Shane; 12 beautiful grandchildren and many other family and friends.
Darren would often visit with nephews, nieces and grandchildren and built very strong, memorable bonds with the children in his life. He was always smiling and laughing, a known joker, yet always able to offer a piece of wisdom to those in need.
The family would like to thank the staff at HSC.
Wake and Prayers will be held at Private Tommy Chief Hall in Scanterbury, MB on Wednesday, April 16 at 7:00 p.m. Service will follow on Thursday, April 17 at 2:30 p.m. also at the Hall, officiated by Pastor Ray Cornish. Interment to follow in St. Phillips Cemetery, Scanterbury.
Pallbearers will be Tod Young, Travis Lavallee, Charly Bunn, Lawrence Cook, Dave Harris and Will Thomas. Honourary Pallbearers are Buddy Maple, Mikey Maple, Greg Robson, John Hart, Victor Mitchell, Ryan West and Larry Richard.
