Our family would like to thank Dr. Connelly (a.k.a. Cornery) for his commitment, time and dad’s care. Special gratitude goes out to the staff at Holy Family. Our deepest appreciation to the outstanding staff on the St. Mary’s Unit who not only provided crucial advocacy for Dad, but for making his new home an extraordinary place for us to love and support him, as well as each other in his last days.
