JEAN GRAY CAMPBELL
(née Goodwin)
On June 24, 2014 Jean passed away at the age of 96 years.
Jean is survived by sons Peter and Ian, daughter Amy, grandson Christopher.
Jean was born in Toronto on March 14, 1918, to the late William and Amethyst (Amy) Elizabeth Goodwin (née Scougall), émigrés from Scotland. She was educated at St. Clement’s School and Trinity College, University of Toronto. Jean was married in 1943 to the late A. G. Campbell. She was a life-long active member of the Presbyterian Church in Canada.
Thanks to Joyce, Jennifer and the staff in the Intensive Care Unit at VGH for their gracious care during Jean’s brief stay in hospital.
A Memorial Service and reception will be held on Thursday, July 3 at 11:00 a.m. at Kildonan Community Church (Presbyterian), 2373 Main Street, followed by interment of ashes in Kildonan Presbyterian Cemetery.
