Obituary of VALENTINE REINHOLD WAGNER
VALENTINE REINHOLD WAGNER
Born to Valentine and Anna (Christensen) Wagner March 22, 1952.
Val passed away July 15, 2014 at his residence.
He is survived by daughter Vivi (Ray) and grandchildren Rodney, Jacob and Miikka; sister Lyndie; brothers Chris (Jane), Tom (Gail), Dan (Sheila); niece Cindy; nephews Curtis, Tom, Gerry, Mark, Robert, Troy and Tyson; his very good friends Becky, Brian and family, as well as Fern. He is fondly remembered by a multitude of friends, many of whom he made through his attendance and exploration in faith and worship.
Blind from birth, life came with many challenges. Val had various interests and at the top of his list was music. He loved his music, whether listening, or using his wonderful ability to play numerous instruments. Celtic music held a special place in his heart. Val was a certified piano tuner. He enjoyed going to Goldeyes games with Dan.
To the many individuals who helped Val throughout the years – thank you so much.
In Val’s memory, donations may be made to CNIB.
Service and Remembrance will be led by Hope Centre Ministries’ Shellie Power on Tuesday, July 22 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St.
