Obituary of ELZBIETA KIELBUSIEWICZ
ELZBIETA KIELBUSIEWICZ
On March 31, 2015 life lost a beautiful person. It is with profound sadness we
announce the passing of beloved Wife, Mother, Sister, Aunt, Cousin and dearest
friend. Ela passed away at age 65.
She leaves to cherish her memory and mourn her passing, her beloved, husband
Janusz, her adoring son, Dominik, her sweet Krista, brothers Heniek (Ela), Krzysiek
(Ala) Szoldra of Wroclaw, Poland, cousins, nieces, nephews, her little rug rats that
adored her, Toffee, Lexy and Belle, and many dear friends.
Ela was born on October 18, 1949 in Wroclaw, Poland. This is where she lived her
teenage years and young adult life. This is also where she met her husband Janusz
and had her son Dominik.
A few years later, Ela and her family moved to Nurnberg, Germany to start the next
chapter in their lives.
The sweetness and love around her that she so willingly spread across Poland and
Germany, then continued on when she moved to Winnipeg, Canada in 1991.
Ela always lived life to the fullest and always wore her best accessory, her smile.
The kitchen table was never empty, the fridge was never bare and she always lent a
hand.
So kind, so loving, so giving she was a star! She was known as “Hollywood”. There
wasn't an event that she was not a part of, and because of her, those events were the
greatest. She was Miss Polonia Planner Extraordinaire!
It's amazing how many people loved and respected her. She did so much for so many
people. She was a true angel on this earth.

I thought of you today, but that is nothing new,
I thought about you yesterday and days before that too.
I think of you in silence, I often speak your name,
All I have are memories and your picture in a frame.
Your memory is a keepsake from which I’ll never part,
God has you in his arms,
I have you in my heart.
