Obituary of KEVIN GEORGE JEFFREY TANNER

KEVIN GEORGE JEFFREY TANNER July 14, 1983 - August 14, 2015 With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce our dear beloved son, brother and uncle, Kevin George Jeffrey Tanner passed away suddenly on Friday, August 14, 2015. He is survived by his parents, Marilyn and Ed Tanner; brothers, Lance, Gregory and Kyle. Kevin will be dearly missed by special cousin Craig; Aunties, Kathy (Vernon) Chief, Margaret (Andrew) Henderson, Marilyn (Walter) Spence; Merle Chief and Maryann Parisian; Uncles, Richard (Eveline) Grisdale, Lloyd (Georgia) Wells, David Huey, Curtis Chief, his great-uncle Lawrence (Mina) Smith, Willard Tanner, Merle Weenusk, Linda Tanner. Kevin was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Verna & George Wells, paternal grandparents, Marion & Cecil Chief-Meyers, Aunties; Virginia, Rhonda, Uncles; Nick, Lawrence, Vernon, Eugene, Keith and cousin Courtney. Kevin was a sweet, honest, caring, kind and lovable person. He always had a smile for everyone. Kevin liked to talk to people and never give up the opportunity to help anyone in need. Kevin completed grade 12 and went on to graduate from Red River College with a Business Diploma. He then went on to attend the University of Winnipeg and would have completed three years of his Business Degree in April of 2016. A funeral service will be held at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street Friday, August 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one half hour prior to service. Interment will follow at Brokenhead Roman Catholic Cemetery.
