JUDITH ANN LEECH-CUTHBERT
On Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at her residence, Judith Ann passed away at the age of 69 years.
Besides her husband Shaen, she is survived by one daughter Shannon Loechner (Fred) of Winnipeg; one son Steven Hancock of Victoria, BC; and one grandson Jordan Loechner. She also leaves to mourn her brothers, Bill and Larry; and sisters, Marlene and Debbie. Her daughter in-law Mimi Hancock of Hamilton ON. She will also be missed by all her nieces and nephews. Judy was predeceased by her daughter Jodi and son Trevor.
Judy was born in Gladstone, MB. Living in Winnipeg most of her life, had moved and lived in Oakville ,ON for a number of years. With her daughter and grandson in Winnipeg, she came back home. Spent many a time with family and friends at baseball games, graduations and so many other events. Her hours dedicated to the family history was her fascination, love and passion. The joy she had setting up her Christmas Village each year was a treat to see.
As per Judy’s request, a Celebration of Life will be held in her yard that she loved so much. An announcement will be made in the early part of next year as to the time and date for this celebration.
The family would like to thank the Palliative Care doctors, Dr. Ebbling-Treon, Dr. DeGussem and nurses for their compassion and care.
