Obituary of FERON JOHNNIE LAPORTE
FERON JOHNNIE LAPORTE
May 18, 1956 – November 12, 2015
Our beloved son now joins his father Johnny and his baby sister Wanda Lynn in peace.
He leaves to mourn his mother Kathleen; his brothers, George (Tracy), Jerome, Reginald, Eli; and his sister Vannessa. Feron will also be missed by his two cherished daughters, Shannon, Wanda; his beloved son Erin; and his two grandchildren, Ariel and Cheyenne.
During his lifetime, he worked as a boiler maker at C.N. He was a top notch welder. Feron found pleasure riding on Nortin Motor cycles and horseback riding. He loved animals especially his little dog B.B.B.
The family would like to thank unit 4, 3rd floor of the Seven Oaks Hospital and Palliative Care of the Cancer Society for their compassion and support to our family. It was greatly appreciated. Also we would like to thank Dave Barteski and Erin Aitken for their help preparing his room to come home.
A Wake service will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to midnight at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. A Funeral Service will take place on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. also at Cropo Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery.
