Justin and Melissa, sometimes there are now words to express what you want to say and all you want to do is give each of you a hug. I feel so privileged to have met Colby and to have been involved in helping arrange his trip to Disney World through the Dream Factory before I retired. I have many memories of Colby as he was just that kind of child that touched your heart. One of my memories is when we were at the Passport Office arranging your Passports and he was not feeling well and he was trying to teach me how to play a game on the IPad. He was so patient with me even though he was getting exasperated how long it was taking me to figure things out. His smile would light up a room and he will be missed and remembered by so many people he touched in his short time on earth.
