SAMUEL CABRAL
After a difficult illness, Samuel Cabral, the beloved husband and best friend of Gloria Cabral, passed away at his residence on Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at the age of 83 years,
He is survived by his love, Gloria; daughters Maria (Ed) and Ruth (Miguel) well as his three grandchildren Ashley, Steven and Andrew.
Samuel was a man who loved to make everyone laugh. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends. We will truly miss him!
The family would to express their sincere appreciation to the palliative care program at St. Boniface Hospital as well as the nurses and doctors working there. The professional and compassionate care they provided for Sam was truly appreciated by him and the family.
Prayers will be held on Sunday, January 31 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 1 at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish, 4588 Roblin Blvd. with Rev. Msgr. Maurice J. Comeault, P.H. presiding. Interment to follow in Assumption Cemetery, 3990 Portage Avenue.
