JEREMIAS DEMELO It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Jeremias Demelo on Sunday, February 21, 2016. Jeremias leaves to mourn his wife of 53 years, Lidia; two sons, George (Lina) and Jimmy (Maryanne); two sisters; three brothers living in the USA; and sister-in-law Fatima (Aureliano). Prayers will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, February 25, at 10:00 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin Street North with interment to follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens In lieu of flowers, donations in Jeremias’ memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.
