Brenda and family it is with the deepest heartfelt sorrow that I type this message. Bill was a dedicated serviceman above all! We met when we were on course and later when I was fortunate enough to replace Bill in Virginia, I say fortunate because when I stepped into the job there was no clean up necessary Bills' job was to make sure my takeover was easy so it was. Marthe and I send prayers to the family. Thank you Bill for you service!!!

I would like to offer my sincerest condolences to Bill's family and friends. I haven't seen Bill in over twenty years, To be honest, I haven't thought about Bill in a long time. This morning I read the news and was immediately emotionally overwhelmed.
Bill was a wonderful guy to work for. He always showed his approval when I tried to my hardest to impress him and never commended me when I really screwed up. When you work shift work with someone for a long time you develop a somewhat intimate bond. These bonds are never broken and I know if I passed Bill on the street twenty years later we would both nod, smile and know there is someone I respect and no words are needed.
It is times like this, when it slaps me in the face, I understand what a substantial influence Bill had on my life and of course, everyone he worked with.
I miss Bill.
