Karpenko and Chihonik families:
We would like to express our sincerest sympathy in the loss of your father and grandfather. Uncle Stan ( Yogi) ) will always hold a special place in our hearts. He was a very precious, patient man and also a great mentor to our boys and our girls adored him. I did not have a chance to say goodbye to him but will always remember him for who he was. I have spent a lot of time reminiscing and talking to Gord about the many wonderful years we spent with your dad and mom. We laughed, we cried and just enjoyed one another's company. They played a special role in our lives and for that we are forever grateful. This weekend at my brothers and sister in laws we had the opportunity to share wonderful stories that different people remembered from days gone by about the different events and fun times with them.
May he rest in peace and now enjoy your moms company, where there is no pain.
May God give you all the strength to carry on and remember the precious times you had together.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. We are sure that Uncle Stan is enjoying his time with Aunty Marg, in a place without pain and discomfort. We hope that knowing that makes this just a little easier to accept. Love and hugs
