It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, and grandmother Cisaltina Carreiro, age 64 on Friday, September 2, 2016.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Daniel, 6 children, Ana, Enoe (Joe), Emanuel (Deby), Daniel (Tracy) Tina (Jeremy), and Fatima (James), and 6 grandchildren, Miguel, London, Aubriel, Isaiah, Mateo, and Dominic. She was predeceased by her parents Luisa and Verginio Furtado.
Cisaltina was born August 25, 1952 in Sao Miguel, Acores. She loved family gatherings, going to the park, shopping, listening to music, sewing and baking, and most recently Facebook. We will all miss you.
In addition to the nurses and doctors at St. Boniface Hospital the family would also like to thank Fr. Tiago, whose words and presence have helped us through this difficult time.
