THERESIA HUETTER
It is with sadness the family announces the passing of Theresia Huetter, on Thursday, February 9, 2017.
Theresia will be sadly missed by her husband of 65 years Vinzenz; beloved son Karl (Collette), granddaughters Karla (Richard) and Sheri (Ben); beloved niece Rose (John) and their sons John (Loretta), their children Chayleah, Koldan; Jeff (Erin) and their children Aarik, Olivia; beloved nephew Albert (Eydie), and their children Mike (Mike), and Adam (Lorraine) and, step-grandchildren Adam and Paige and of course all the family in Austria.
Theresia was born in Wittmansdorf, Austria on August 29, 1925. She immigrated to Canada on July 1, 1956. She loved sewing and was a seamstress for 20 years at St. Joseph’s Residence. Family was very important to her. She loved bowling and was on a league for 10 years. She was a member of the St. Joseph’s Women’s League for 45 years.
Thank you to Dr. D. Tsang and the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital for all their care and compassion.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, February 13 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Mountain and Andrews. Interment to follow in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Theresia’s memory to Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
