JAMES WILLIAM ROSE

Obituary of JAMES WILLIAM ROSE

JAMES WILLIAM ROSE It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of James William Rose announce his passing. On the morning of Tuesday, April 4, 2017, James suddenly passed away in the home of his long time love, Karen Rose. Alongside of Karen he leaves to mourn his two daughters Hailey and Steevy-Jade, as well as many brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and copious amounts of friends he held close to his heart. He would have wanted us to name everyone, but the list would be endless. Do know that he loved you all to a fault. James was predeceased by his mother Lorna; brother Terry; brother by choice Garry Culbreth and his two nephews Jeremy and Darryl. James was born on August 26, 1961 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He was raised and resided in Manitoba his whole life but that never curbed his appetite for adventure. It started with the carnival, travelling around Canada. Then to Kansas City, fishing, golfing and boating trips with his boys. Taking his family on beautiful vacations at any opportunity he had as well. James was always a hard worker. Although he had started working years prior, at the age of 17 he got a job with the City of Winnipeg. He made true friendships and amazing bonds for the next thirty years with many. James William Rose was a very special man, truly one of a kind. He would do every and anything to help someone in need. His presence was vibrant, charismatic and infectious. James brought the electric sound of laughter everywhere he went, no one could help themselves but to smile and laugh along with him. He was absolutely the best father that anyone could ask for and we were all blessed to have known him for even one minute. He will be missed tremendously by all, never forgotten and celebrated always. Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 13 at 2:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St.
