The whole Sousa Family was so sad to hear about the passing of Murry. We met the Hanabacks in 1999 when David first started playing hockey for Fort Garry. Murry was a kind and gentle man .... .sometimes he would get on your nerves but he meant well. Murry and the Sousa Family had a great hockey relationship with him. He always had David's back and attended every single practice, tournament and games. We always were the Hockey Parent (4) some.
After Hockey Season we decided that we would all start attending the Bomber Games and became season ticket holders for over 10 years, sitting together and cheering as loud as we could for the Bombers at the old stadium.
We know that Murry is pain free and is now at peace with his parents. He will always be watching over us and over his beloved family.
