My condolences to your family. I worked with Jim for many years, as regional colleagues - Jim in Mtba, myself in Alberta with INAC. I appreciated his directness and candor in our joint meetings, he was always action oriented and passionate about progress. His experience and approach to complicated issues were well grounded in reality.
Jim could always be counted on for a story, a big smile and I always enjoyed his company.
Jim helped make all things better.
