With great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Ann Kwiatkowski (nee Radchuk) on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Kildonan Personal Care Centre, at the age of 86.  She has been reunited with her loving husband of 60 years, Phillip, who passed just 9 days prior.

Ann is survived by her daughter, Donna (Ken); sons, Richard (Svitlana) and Robert; grandchildren, Landon, Jason, Matthew and Nadia; brother, John (Cecilia); sisters, Grace, Stella, Vera (Ed); and many nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her parents, Mike and Mary; brothers, Ben, Bill and Peter and sister, Nellie; brother-in-law Edward; nephew Gordon and her grandson Ryan.

Ann was born on November 23, 1930 in Swan Plain, Saskatchewan.  She moved to Winnipeg where she met and married her husband Phillip, in 1957.

Mom was a kind and caring person with a great big heart, she was always known for her friendly sociable personality.  She enjoyed sewing, cross-stitching, traveling and gardening.  Mom was also a great cook.  She loved cooking, baking and preparing traditional Ukrainian dishes.  Mom’s greatest joy was spending time with her family.  She enjoyed all her visits with her children and grandchildren.

The family would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Kildonan Personal Care Centre for their excellent care, compassion, and support.
