I don't even know how to put into words how sad my heart is at the loss of my Uncle Brian. Many miles between us geographically but always so close to my heart. So many fun memories of visiting Winnipeg, him and Aunt Josie visiting here in Detroit, vaactions shared in Florida... So many good times. He is one of the examples I watched after losing my own father at age 10, to see what a father was and should be! Thank you Uncle for your ferocious love, your humor and devotion to your family! My sadness turns to joy when I envision God welcoming you home and knowing you wil finally get to catch up with your buddy/my dad, and your granddaughter you missed so very much! I love you uncle Brian. Save a spot for me!
