One of my fond memories of Uncle Eddie was when visiting the farm as young children, my mom, dad, sister Cheryl and myself. Uncle Eddie was not married at that time.
He would buy us a case of bottled pop, our favourite flavours! In the big house there was a hand crank gramaphone. Uncle Eddie would sit there, we cranked the gramaphone playing his favourite songs, dancing, all of us laughing and drinking our pop. It was so much fun! We thought he was pretty special...can still hear his laugh and see his smile!
