Obituary of BONNIE GAIL DOWNEY

BONNIE GAIL DOWNEY It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Bonnie Gail Downey on September 11, 2012 at the age of 57. She was predeceased by her parents, Agnes and Archie Downey. She is survived by her two children, Heather-Lynn and Glen Gauvreau; her brother Robert (Nancy) Downey; her aunt Amy Troyer; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Bonnie resided in Selkirk, MB, where she worked for the Selkirk Mental Health Centre, home care and proctoring, where she always put others before herself. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, September 17 at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Interment will take place in Brookside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bonnie’s memory to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
