HERMAN KARL DRANEZ

It is with great heartache we announce that Herman our dearly loved husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend and uncle passed away on September 4, 2018, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Herman had such a wonderful smile, and sense of humour. He loved his family very much, his six grandchildren always enjoyed being around Papa and he was a wonderful father to his three children. He always enjoyed riding Harleys, and fast cars all of his life. Painting many custom bikes and cars for people along the way. My wonderful husband could always be found in the garage fixing something and listening to his music with a little refreshment on the side. 

Herman was predeceased by his parents Karl and Erika Dranez. 

Herman will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 38 years, Susan; children Shane (Rachelle), Derek (Lindy), Desiree (Jiri). Papa will be missed by all of his grandchildren, Leksi, Eryian, Ashton, Brody, Ava and little Ryker. His special friend and brother Robert, and many other family and friends will all hold a special place for you my loving husband. Your special pet dog Keela is missing you so much, sitting by the garage waiting to come inside.

Herman worked for many years spray painting trucks at Big Rig Collision, he then decided to stop painting and ended his working career at EBD Enterprises. He made many friends along the way and always had many stories to tell about the people he worked with.

Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 15 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.
