June 3, 1924 - October 27, 2018

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of our father on Saturday October 27 at the age of 94.

Loving father of Christine (Marijan), Joanne (Jack) and Monica. Proud grandfather of Adam, Andrea, Gina, Nicholas, Andrew, Sierra and great-grandfather of Declan. He is also survived by his sisters Marianna, Genowefa, Helena, Krystyna and many nieces and nephews in Poland. Predeceased by his beloved wife Genowefa, son Stanley, his parents, Josefa and Stanislaw, siblings Stanislaw, Jan, Stanislawa, Kazimiera and Irena.

Dad was born in Poland, he joined the British Army in France and immigrated to Canada after the war. Dad worked in the construction field until the age of 72, in retirement dad enjoyed time with his grandchildren. Dad was a devout Catholic, a long member of Holy Ghost Church and Holy Ghost Fraternal Aid Society.

Rosary will be recited on Monday November 5, at 9:30 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. Private Interment will be held at a later date.

Flowers gratefully declined.
