Suddenly on Monday, November 5, 2018 Del passed away at Seven Oaks Hospital. Del was 71 years old and lived in Winnipeg, Manitoba his whole life.

Del is survived by his daughter Shannon (Angelo), sister Mary, brother Scott, four granddaughters, two great-granddaughters. Del will also be missed by his nieces and nephews and his long-time friends, too numerous to mention.

He was predeceased by his mother Lyla, father Victor, brothers Bill and Reg, sister Corinne and daughter Adrienne (Ady).

Del was employed for over 50 years at United Refrigeration, which later changed their name to Wolseley. His titles throughout the years were Appliance Counter Guy and Shipping and Receiving. He became close friends with numerous colleagues, which he cherished.

Del enjoyed football, hockey, VLTs, horseraces, movies and music.

Del had numerous friends over the years, with lots of good memories and lots of laughs. (You know who you are).

Del was a kind hearted man who would always think of others before himself.

For the last few years of his life he had a roommate John and friend Bob who kept him going. A special thank you to them for taking care of my father.

Del will be missed and never forgotten by friends and family.

I love you and will miss you Dad.

Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, November 12 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street.
