I met Jim when he was an officer with the Air Cadets Squadron #220. He was the training officer at the time, and taught flight school to my kids.
He was a great teacher/mentor and encourager. All the cadets in the squadron and their parents loved him. His positive influence on the youth of Winnipeg and surrounding area is beyond measure, and we are forever grateful.
Thank you, Jim for making the world a better place. You will be greatly missed.
